Abstract

 Most studies addressing lower back pain have focused solely on therapeutic exercises, varying in type, intensity, and frequency, without offering a comprehensive rehabilitation program that integrates exercises and therapeutic devices as part of a holistic treatment plan. Regarding the study's methodology and field procedures, the researchers adopted an experimental approach with a sample of 18 patients suffering from lower back pain, employing a controlled experimental design. The experimental group consisted of six individuals divided into three subgroups. The results demonstrated that the aquatic rehabilitation exercises designed by the researchers significantly improved flexibility and increased muscle strength. A key recommendation is the necessity of integrating aquatic rehabilitation exercises with therapeutic modalities such as magnetic fields, and implementing this integration in hospitals and physical therapy centers to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
