The importance of the research lies in identifying defensive performance, maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max), and motor flexibility among volleyball players, and understanding the relationship between them. It also aims to predict defensive performance in terms of maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max) and motor flexibility among young volleyball players.
