Management is an important means of achieving goals. Researchers have focused on the elements and components of the administrative process, considering it the path employees take to achieve general and specific objectives. Among the most important of these new methods pursued by institutions is organizational integrity, which is a constructive process for fostering cohesion among employees within the institution, in relation to laws and regulations, and in establishing positive work behaviors and ethics in their relationships. Another administrative element is job engagement, a modern topic concerned with the human aspect. Hence, the importance of this study lies in understanding the relationship between job engagement and organizational integrity among physical education teachers in intermediate schools. The main objectives are to identify the reality of job engagement and organizational integrity among physical education teachers in the Najaf district. The survey method and correlational relationships are suitable for the current study procedures, as they represent the descriptive approach, which the researcher used. The study population was defined as physical education teachers in intermediate schools for boys in the Najaf district. The total population was (100) teachers, and the total sample size was (100) teachers, representing the original population. The sample was randomly divided. The study included a survey sample of (10) teachers (10%) and an application sample of (75) teachers (75%). The main conclusion is that, despite the positive results regarding the study variables among teachers, these variables cannot be effectively implemented in schools without being formally incorporated into ministerial and educational regulations and directives. The most important recommendation is to adopt the studied variables for periodic performance evaluation in educational institutions to prevent physical education teachers from becoming disengaged from their jobs.
