The effect of varied movement exercises on tactical Behavior among female futsal players

Abstract

 This study aimed to design a test to measure tactical behavior among futsal players and to identify its levels and impact on the performance of tactical situations. The experimental method was adopted using a design that included experimental and control groups with pre- and post-tests. A purposive sample of 20 players from Al-Saniya Sports Club was selected and divided equally into two groups. Statistical data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) with appropriate statistical techniques. The results highlighted the importance of tactical behavior and its effective role in improving tactical performance among futsal players.
