Educational Competence of Physical Education Teachers and Its Impact on Learning Motivation among Middle School Students

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of the educational competence of the physical education teacher on the learning motivation of middle school students. The sample was intentional and consisted of 12 professors from some middle schools in Djelfa. The questionnaire was distributed to them by e-mail. In addition, the researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study.

After processing the data statistically using appropriate statistical methods, as well as the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program, the results were collected, presented, discussed and analyzed. However, the teacher's educational adequacy has a positive effect on the learning motivation of middle school students.
