This theoretical study seeks to determine the benefits, importance and characteristics of the mental perception of the child practicing sports from the perspective of sports psychology through previous studies and scientific references, to clarify the way and how to use it through field work during training sessions and competition for the development of the child scientific and correct development, where the current study presents the first axis It deals with (mental image) and the second axis deals with (small groups and their characteristics) the third axis deals with (the importance and how to use (mental image in the motor, skill and emotional fields). In order to determine the precise knowledge of them, as well as determine their importance in learning and development in modern sports training, according to each field according to the specialization and the goal.
