Abstract

Health culture is characterized by making practitioners of sports in general and swimming. in particular, enjoy continuity in performance and prevention of all diseases and obstacles that make the athlete stop practicing sports or mortgage his sports future, and in light of the hypotheses put forward and based on the results obtained from the field study, we can say that the lack of application of the principles of health culture because the mechanisms allocated by the administration to apply these principles are insufficient and unable to give any reflection on the performance of swimmers. The lack of commitment of the coaches to apply the principles of health culture inside the swimming pools was the result of the lack of mechanisms allocated by the administration to apply the principles of health culture and the lack of efficiency of the coach and his culture around these principles prevented giving any impact of these principles and their reflection on the performance of swimmers.
