Philosophical Foundations of Youth Talent Identification and Selection in Football in Khartoum State

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the philosophical foundations for selecting young people in football in Khartoum State. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research. The research sample consisted of 26 coaches who were randomly selected. The questionnaire was the main research tool. Basic philosophical principles for selecting young people in Khartoum State, which are as follows: The existence of a specific philosophy and criteria for selecting the players for the Sunni football school. The existence of health tests according to the philosophical basis to ensure that the vital organs are free of diseases. The presence of skill tests for the philosophical evaluation of the skill level. Having physical tests for the level of fitness philosophy.
