Mastery motivation

Abstract

In this article, an important and vital topic in the field of kinaesthetic learning has been addressed, which is the subject of mastery motivation, which is the learner's endeavour to do difficult tasks and his skill in dealing with ideas and material things while accomplishing this quickly and in an independent manner as much as possible and his bility to overcome the obstacles he faces. This basis has been addressed in this article with some definitions of the motivation of mastery, and its forms, in addition to its multiple dimensions, and also touched on the components of the motivation of mastery, and its features and methods of measurement, and thus this article is a simple contribution to clarify what is the motivation of mastery for researchers and workers in this field.
