This study is a graduation project that meets the requirements of the Master of Science and Techniques in Physical and Sports Activities, entitled "The effect of combining isometric exercises with plyometric exercises to develop the vertical jump for volleyball juniors".
The study aimed to identify the differences between the pre and post test of experimental sample 01 and the differences between the pre and post test of experimental sample 02 and the differences between the two post tests for experimental samples 01 and 02 and the aim of the study is to provide scientific content in the field of sports training and to emphasize the importance of combining isometric exercises with plyometric exercises to develop the vertical jump in volleyball players.
The research community for this study consisted of volleyball players in the city of El Bayadh competing in the El Bayadh willaya league of volleyball and the number of clubs that met the previous requirements represented in a single club, the sports club, Affak El Bayadh volleyball represented by 15 players.
The research sample was the same as the research community, and it consisted of 15 players from Affak El Bayadh sports club, and it was divided into 03 groups in a simple random way, where 05 players were chosen as an exploratory sample. 05 players as experimental sample 01 and 05 players as experimental sample 02.
We used the experimental method in the research. The results concluded that of the two experimental samples in the vertical expansion test improved. From these results it is clear to us the importance of combining isometric exercises with plyometric exercises to develop the vertical jump in volleyball players.
