Obstacles to the development of school sports from the point of view of physical education and sports teachers

Abstract

The study aimed to highlight the most important obstacles that prevent the development of school sports from the point of view of secondary education teachers in the city of Banta and the extent of their impact. The research sample consisted of 22 teachers after 03 of them were excluded due to lack of conditions.

The descriptive approach was adopted, and the questionnaire and observation were used. After calculating the psychometric properties, the study data was analyzed, and the results indicated a Lack of pedagogical means and sports facilities in the school environment to a moderate degree (64.39%), While the impact of society’s view of school sports was very limited (34.84%), which requires us to exclude it.
