Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of adapted physical activity on blood glucose levels, oxygen saturation, and heart rate among children with asthma aged 9–12 years. An experimental method was used with an experimental and a control group, including pre- and post-measurements. The results showed that adapted physical activity improved blood glucose regulation, increased oxygen levels, and enhanced cardiac performance. The study highlights the importance of integrating adapted physical activity programs into medical centers to improve the health of children with asthma.
