The study focused on developing motor skills in young age groups, proposing specialized training programs based on scientific principles, and conducting research on physical abilities in the early stages of training. The results showed a significant improvement in balance and motor coordination after implementing small and group games. The researcher used a sample of 24 players under the age of 15 from the
Ain Touta Youth Sports Club, relying on motor balance tests and employing the experimental method, which was deemed appropriate for this study.
The findings indicated no statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-measurements for the control group, suggesting that any differences observed in the control group were not statistically significant due to following the standard training program. Players in this age group tend to be interested in practicing small and quasi-small games, which led to tangible results in the experimental group.
