The aim of this research was to determine the effect of a proposed training program on improving certain coordination abilities in school football team players (aged 15-17) at Salali Massoud Ben Taher Secondary School in Barika. The sample consisted of 28 players from Salali Massoud Secondary School – Barika, Batna Province, who were intentionally selected. They were equally divided into an experimental group and a control group. The proposed training program was applied over a period of one and a half months, with two training sessions per week. The experimental method was used due to its suitability for the nature of the study. The study tools included a modified Bass test for dynamic balance, a rotation test for goal shooting, and a rotation test for ball control followed by shooting. After data collection, it was statistically processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to analyze the results. The research results showed that the proposed training program improved all the coordination abilities under study in the experimental group. Additionally, the results indicated that the traditional program improved some of the coordination abilities under study (the ability to estimate position and the ability to respond quickly) in the control group, but it did not affect the ability to maintain balance during movement. However, this effect was weak and incomplete. Furthermore, the results demonstrated statistically significant differences in all coordination abilities between the experimental group and the control group, in favor of the experimental group in the post-test.
