Abstract

 Floor gymnastics is one of the sports events that require high accuracy in motor performance, as well as the need to gradually learn basic skills according to modern educational methods that take into account individual differences between students. Also, traditional methods may not achieve the desired interaction or give the student enough time to understand the details of the technical performance of the movement. Hence the importance of adopting the inverse row strategy in teaching floor gymnastics skills the study aimed to identify the impact of the inverse row strategy in learning some floor gymnastics skills among students of the Faculty of physical education and sports sciences. The researcher used the experimental curriculum on a sample of students of the second stage, Faculty of physical education and sports sciences, Qadisiyah University, numbering ( 30 ) students, who were distributed to two experimental and control groups, with (15 ) students per group, after the two groups were equalized in the study variables, the educational program was applied to the experimental group for ( 8 ) week, with (2) educational units per week according to the inverse class strategy, where students were provided with educational materials (educational videos and video explanation) before the lecture time, while the lesson time was allocated for practical application, feedback, correction mistakes. Through the results, the researcher concluded that the inverse class strategy contributed to improving the learning of floor gymnastics skills.
